"Safety Pays" Incentive
Program
Because Express Employment Professionals is
concerned about the health and safety of each of our
employees, we want you to think safety and work safely.
Every month that you work for Express Employment Professionals
"injury-free" with no lost time your name will be
entered into a drawing for a $100 bonus. If your
name is chosen in the drawing a Express
representative will present you with a check for $100
and a certificate. A new winner is chosen each
month and drawings are held on the last day of the
month.
The "Safety Pays" program is
open to every Express Employment Professionals employee in good-standing
who has worked full-time for a month without an injury
resulting in lost time. At the completion of your
first injury-free month of work your name will be
included in the next drawing.
Vacation Pay
Express Employment Professionals offers one
week paid vacation (40 hours) to all employees who work
1500 hours per year. Beginning January 1 of each
year all employees who reach 1500 hours of service will
receive a one week paid vacation at their regular hourly
rate of pay. If the client company is not able to
accommodate an employee's absence for a week of
vacation, the employee will receive the monetary
equivalent of one week of vacation.
Referral Bonus
Our Referral Bonus program
is a great benefit to our valued employees. If you
refer someone to Express and they are hired you
will receive a bonus after the referred employee
completes two consecutive 40-hour workweeks. For

Placement Specialist.
Paid Holiday Program
Any employee of Express Employment Professionals who has worked at least 500 hours in a
calendar year will be paid a day's wage for these five
recognized holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July
4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas. In order to be
eligible for holiday pay an employee must work the
scheduled day before the holiday and the scheduled day
immediately following the holiday. Employees must
also remain employed by Express in order to be
eligible for this benefit. Any voluntary quit or
termination of employment for cause will forfeit your
eligibility for holiday pay.

Vision Plans
Through our relationship

plans, Express Employment Professionals is able to make available a
benefit package that includes: major medical
insurance, life insurance, dental, and vision benefits.
Employees of Express Employment Professionals are eligible to enroll
